Accent Capital Partners is a San Francisco based private equity firm focused on funding mid-market, companies. Our objective is to invest long-term equity capital to support the strategic and financial objectives of medium sized ($5-50 million) West coast businesses. We are particularly experienced in investing in companies going through transitions, such as private or closely held businesses looking to institutionalize or to develop and execute a management succession plan.

Accent Capital has distinguished itself as a flexible source of capital and a value-added partner. We fund each investment separately, through a combination of our own capital and the capital of our strategic partners, including certain key individuals and institutions. We do NOT put our investments into a co-mingled fund. As a mid-market investor, our target investment size is $1-10 million of our equity.

Financial Advisory Services

Accent Capital can serve as a company's interim CFO to develop a sound financial plan that supports a strategic vision for the company. We can then implement the plan including raising the necessary capital - either from our own dedicated sources or from a broad solicitation of the market place.
